Raw food is magic, it`s an amazing journey to getting to know your true self. Let`s see an example. Cashew is a nice, simple example of a versatile nut that can transform itself in a cake, a nut pate, a dressing, a smoothie or whatever you want it to.
I think we should look at raw foods as an opportunity to grow, to get closer to our true nature. We get so confused after eating processed foods that we don`t even know what real food tastes like, so let`s just give it a try and see how we feel. We should not be affraid or ashamed of our past choices, the present is right here, right now and this is all that matters. We have the power to unlearn and change past habbits into better choices. Better choices are about feeling better, doing better, protecting the planet, the animals, ourselves and getting to know that we are capable of anything and everything we set our minds to. Start simple with small steps, one step at a time and your success is guaranteed. Sometimes all we have to do in order to get things done is to sit in perfect silence and we will receive the answers to our questions. This also applies to our food choices, if we learn to listen, our bodies will naturally guide us to the foods that are perfect for each type and we`ll get to feel balanced and confortable with ourselves at all times.
