Welcome to my blog!

I am Carmen and I am super passionate about conscious living and embracing a healthy, balanced raw vegan lifestyle. Yoga, stretching and pilates are my go-to movement and flow practices. I have personally started my own journey towards becoming raw vegan almost 16 years ago, in 2010, and it took me the first five years to fully transition into a vegan lifestyle and then, since 2015 I have been enjoying the following years living high raw (most of the time, but always focusing on quality and on listening to my body as a part of the process), embracing a conscious lifestyle and feeling better than ever before.

I have also started writing for my own health and wellbeing (inspired) blog, impRAWvise, in 2015. I wanted it to serve as a place for me to share my own experience as a raw vegan with its challenges as well as its beauties. Then I thought it could serve as well as a place to share amazing, healthy and nutritious recipes with everyone else, who might be at some point in their lives, be feeling drawn towards starting living or at least starting to experiment with this divine lifestyle. I do believe that on a deeper level, we are all being guided always, at all times, and that amazing guidance is also available for us at all times.
