Just choose any nuts or seeds that you like and mix them with dried fruits like dates or figs and you get a tasty treat in just 5 minutes. If you want you can also add vanilla or cinnamon for a little spice, some cacao or carob or anything that inspires you.

Make a smoothie!

This one is also really easy to make. All you have to do is blend some nut/seed milk with fruits or cacao, carob or coconut maybe, some dates or stevia leeves for a sweeter taste or another sweetener, some cinnamon maybe for a little bit of spice or maybe some vanilla etc. There are definitely lots of options, just find the ingredients that make you happy and enjoy!

Pudding is great, it is creamy and easy to digest, tasty and full of nutrients if you choose for example to make it with some chia seeds, which are absolutely incredible. They absorb the liquid and expand themselves turning into a thick consistency that satisfies both your taste buds and your body`s needs. Just mix them well, stir a little and let them expand.

All your have to do is get some cacao butter or coconut oil, melt it with great care and mix it with cacao or carob and some sweetener and you`ve got yourself the healthiest chocolate in the world. The one made by yourself. And it`s gonna taste amazing! just try it! To add more fun to the recipe you can also try to add nuts or nut butters, dried fruits or spices or again: whatever inspires you.
