There is definitely an abundance of products out there on the market calling themselves natural products. Since there is a constant debate over what is good and what is not for our health and the  impact that media has on our lifestyle choices it is time to ask ourselves if we should really be taking for granted what is said or is there also another way?

The answser is yes, there is another way. We are the designers of our own lives so we should take charge of our health and wellbeing and do make conscious choices. What is a conscious choice? It is a choice that you make based on real information that you search for and collect and that you find also to be in accordance to your own health and needs. We all have to try and see what works for ourselves before making a decision and calling something good or bad.

The settings in our minds might prevent us from getting into the subject of health, we might think that we know what is good for us just because we were thought in a specific way but the truth is that it might show up to be a great idea to question our choices and beliefs,  especially if we are not so happy or we would like to improve our lives.

I would like to sum this up to the fact that change or experimenting new things might sound scary to some of us but the fact is that by making conscious choices we learn about ourselves, in terms of food, knowledge, lifestyle preferences, wellbeing, and the most important of all is that we get in touch with our true self and by listening to our bodies we develop new ways of interacting with the world out there. So this is not only about food, it is about lifestyle choices that we make in a conscious way.
