We nowadays live in a world in which there`s always an out there, somewhere, over the rainbow place that has got to have all the answers to our question, but the truth is that this place that we are searching for is closer than we are used to believe.

Always chasing for food, money, properties and objects to own we might get pretty lost and confused and forget that we came to this place naked and we also leave this place called earth naked. So, what is it that it`s worth paying for? Or is it for free?

Simplicity is a great tool to carry around in our busy lives. We learn to use it by simply using it. Enjoy small things and celebrate small victories and you `ll find joy in every second of your life.

The most beautiful place to be is exactly where you`re standing right now. Maybe you are going through a rough time and you are asking yourself how can this be the best place to be, but what I am trying to point here is the fact that by being present and enjoying the present moments and our life as it is right now we then figure out why we have drawn ourselves to this place, what is there to learn and discover and how can we make the best of it.

Enjoy simple foods and reconect with your taste buds. Let them guide you into experiences new spices and textures and new ways of food combining. That might be a source of inspiration to your entire living. Nature and going back to nature is always a good answer to our questions. A moment of silence and peace is really worth it. And yes, silence does come from within cause only when you actually learn to know yourself that`s when the answers to all of your questions start to come up and you realize that you already are exactly where you need to be.
