Every holiday is a time of joy and happiness but what is unique and special about winter holiday is christmas spirit.  It is a moment of gratitude and a lovely experience of sharing with kindness with the ones that we love. This is of course a way of being that we can embrace in our every day lives, not just on vacation. We sometimes forget to live in the beauty of the present moment and stay present and connected to the wonderful experiences from our lives because we are just waiting for the next holiday to enjoy ourselves.

We are breathing and being right now so what about we stop postponding our happiness and start living? Sounds great I think to be able to feel that cheerful spirit of the holiday all over the year, to be able to focus and be thankful for each small thing.

Happiness comes from inside so it is a great deal what we choose to feed ourselves both mentaly and organicaly. We are literaly made of what we eat and our personality and our happiness depend on the mind set that we design for ourselves so yes, do make healthy chooices and you will find happiness sooner that you expect.

Sometimes and most of the times it just takes a little time to establish a new habbit but you have to understand that it is just a matter of repetion until your new pattern is all set up and everything comes naturally. It is that easy.

Fruits and veggies are great for your body and mind development and regeneration. Give yourself the best treatment that you can imagine and feel the joy and lightness of being healthy and connected to your true self starting to gently  flow through your body.
