There is definitely a lot of stuff out there on the market but how do we know what is good for us and what is not so good? Before we answer this question let`s try to take a look at what the market is offering us. Is all that abundance of products and services as shinny and as beautiful as it sounds? Well, we do have to think twice before trusting every single advertising campaign that comes out and flies high trying to convince us that it has good intentions. We all have our good meanings but we also have to care for our own health.

New ways of living and being pop out every single day finding their way to our lovely brains and doing their best to make us buy that service or product that seems to be capable of solving all our problems. But the thing here is that only we have the power to fix our lives and live the wonderful life that we are dreaming of by simply becoming conscious of our skills and abilities which we can also improve by time and repetition and mostly by perseverance. So, as we all already know peace comes from inside and so does the feeling of fulfillment and happiness in our lives.

There are a lot of ways of mixing and blending, grinding and juicing foods to make them more tasty and appealing but I still believe that the main spot in our nutritional balance should be taken by whole foods. Whole foods have their own nutritional balance, they come prepacked with their own enzymes and fibers which are essential for our digestion so there it means that our bodies will be able in this way to save some of our own enzymes and use them for other processes in the body such as regeneration of itself. Separating pulp or fiber from the juice is an option to get nutrients very fast but we have to pay attention to make a balanced juicing process which will also be kind on our absorption system by not being to high in sugars (such as a juice made only from fruits with a high glycemic index) which could lead to a high increase in blood sugar levels which is not such a good thing. But still, green juices and smoothies, by coming with a balanced amount of chlorophyll  and fibers, are a good choice, for example in the morning, when the body is still recovering and preparing for the new day. They are definitely very easy to digest and can be absorbed by the body pretty quickly.

As a reminder raw foods are definitely the best nutrition we can offer ourselves simply because they are so easy to digest and they come in all kinds of shapes and colors which makes it a real pleasure to enjoy a raw meal and a great pleasure to design a raw meal. Good fats, lovely tastes and an abundance of nutrients so easy to get, this is what defines raw food and all you have to do is just pick them up. So do not let the market`s demand for fancy kitchen appliances scary you cause eating raw is really easy and fun to do.

What would be the best thing about raw foods? Raw desserts are totally healthy and amazing!
