
It`s almost strawberry season so why not celebrate with some raw vegan strawberry cake. It is healthy, yummi and delicious, fresh and sweet with a touch of kiwi and lemon juice, just about enough to make you desire to try more of the raw vegan goodies.
The strawberry cake is very easy to make. It it made of one layer of sliced kiwi on the bottom, then we add the cashew cream and mix it with ripe, delicious strawberries.
The ingredients for the cashew cream are:
1 cup cashews
vanilla
1/2 cup water
juice of one lemon
lemon peel
3-4 Tbs of agave nectar
3-4 Tbs coconut oil.
When we are done we just add some coconut flakes on top, orange peel and some hemp seeds to decorate. Leave it in the freezer for a few hours and then take it out and slice it. Take a bite of this delicious, heavenly light and creamy dessert and feel the lovely tastes of raw vegan foods. Share it with your friends and family members and spread the joy of making conscious, wonderful tasting healthy choices.

There is always a way to be healthy and stay healthy, all you have to do is find your own way of making it happen, all being done by simply becoming aware of our bodies needs in order to get balance on a holistic level: soul, body and mind.
