
A little while ago we have made some coconut delicious raw vegan roll and now it is time to try also some chocolate filling with our cashew crust.
The ingredients are very simple and delicious tasting so it is definitely a friendly raw vegan recipe. Here are the ingredients for the crust:
1 cup cashew
Orange peel
Cinnamon
Vanilla
1/2 cup rice flour/coconut flour
1/2cup water
2-3 Tbs coconut oil.
We grind the cashews turning them into cashew flour and then we mix them with the other dry ingredients, slowly adding water until it gets a sticky, thick consistency and then we spread our crust and go on to the next step which is making the cream filling which will also be used as a glaze on top of our beautiful roll.
The ingredients for the chocolate cream filling are:
1/2 cup cashews
2-3 Tbs cacao powder
2-3 Tbs coconut oil
2-3 Tbs cacao butter
2-3 Tbs agave nectar
A few nuts.
After blending the ingredients for the chocolate cream filling we pour the cream on top of the crust and make our roll. Then we pour some more cream on top of the roll and sprinkle it with some nuts, coconut flakes and pour some maple syrup to decorate it.

When it is finally done we can leave it in the freezer for about an hour and then slice it and enjoy it as a wonderful and healthy raw vegan dessert. Yum! Share the goodness and have fun making lovely tasting raw vegan meals and desserts.
