It is a wonderful way to enjoy a healthy and delicious dessert by mixing cashews with some coconut flakes and chocolate glaze for a wonderful and tasty experience. It takes about 20 minutes to mix those beautiful layers and another 1-2 hours to allow the cake to sit in the freezer in order to get a nice and firm texture.

This delicious coconut and chocolate mix is a true delight for our tastes and senses, it smells wonderful and it tastes wonderful to. Cashews are a great source of good fats for our bodies and a fulfilling ingredient to add to any of our lovely recipes, being able to please our most sensible wants and give us great raw vegan goodies.

For this delicious coconut cake we need the following ingredients:

-crust

100 g cashews

100 g raisins

vanilla

maca

coconut oil

cacao butter.

-coconut layer

one fresh coconut

1 cup water

100 g cashews

2-3 Tbs agave nectar

2-3 Tbs coconut oil

cacao butter.

For the chocolate layer we use the same ingredients that we have used for the coconut layer and mix them with some cacao or carob powder and our chocolate layer is ready.

After making those beautiful layers by using a food processor and a blender, we spread them on top of each other and sprinkle with some delicious coconut flakes on top.

Now all we have to do is put our cake in the freezer for a few hours in order to get a firm and nice texture and then we can take it out of the freezer and enjoy a delicious slice of this coconut goodness with our lovely friends and family members.
