This coffee cake is actually made with cereal based instant coffee. I was thinking about trying something new so I have come up with this idea of combining oat flakes for a crunchy crust and a delicious cream, cocoa powder for the chocolate cream filling and instant coffee to add a touch of bitterness to the final product. It looks absolutely amazing, creamy and delicious and it is a wonderful choice for both coffee and chocolate lovers!

The ingredients that we need for this lovely looking recipe are the following:
Crust
200 g oat flakes
1 tbs coconut oil
2-3 tbs agave nectar
100 g raisins
100 g peanuts.
Oat Cream
100 g oat flakes
3-4 tbs agave nectar
3-4 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs cacao butter
1/2 cup water
Coffee Cream
100 g instant cereal coffee
100 g oat flakes
2-3 tbs cacao powder
2-3 tbs agave nectar
2-3 tbs coconut oil
1-2 tbs cacao butter
1/2 cup water.
We use a blender and a food processor to make the cake layers and then we spread them on top of each other and finally we decorate the cake with some instant coffee powder and some coconut sugar.

After living it for a few hours in the freezer we can then take it out and slice it to enjoy a delicious piece of this lovely looking coffee cake.
