
We can enjoy some delicious veggie sliders anytime we want to and we can make them so simple and adorable that we will just love their savory taste. All we have to do is make some raw bread, chop some cucumbers and greens and make a delicious creamy spread and then get them all together.
For the raw vegan bread we need the following ingredients:
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup flax seed flour
1/2 cup soaked flax seeds
1/2 carrot
1-2 tbs turmeric
3-4 tbs nutritional yeast flakes
1-2 tbs cold pressed olive oil
1/2 to 1 cup of water.
We mix those ingredients in a food processor, then we make our buns and then we leave then for a few hours in a dehydrator to get a nice consistency.
For the veggie spread we need the following ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup water
1 bell pepper
1 tbs turmeric
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs nutritional yeast flakes.
We use a blender to mix the ingredients for the veggie spread until we have a creamy consistency.
When our buns are ready we can slice them in two and add some lettuce, sliced cucumber, dill and some of our delicious veggie spread. Then we can sprinkle them with a mix of sunflower seeds and flax seeds.
