
A delicious and easy way to enjoy the lovely benefits of goji berries is to make a raw vegan cake. It looks and tastes absolutely creamy and amazing and it is also a healthy choice for dessert.
The goji cake has only two cream layers and it takes a very short time to be made.
The ingredients that we need for the beautiful goji cake are:
Crust
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbs coconut oil.
Cream filling
2 bananas
1/2 cup blackberries
2-3 tbs honey
2-3 tbs coconut oil
1/2 cup water.
We use a food processor to mix the ingredients for the crust until we have a thick, sticky consistency which then we spread on the bottom of a cake form. Next we make our cream filling using a blender and mixing the ingredients for the cream filling until we have a smooth, creamy consistency. We spread the cream filling on top of the crust and sprinkle it with some goji berries and some cinnamon powder. Now we can put our beautiful cake in the freezer for a few hours.


When it is done we can take it our of the freezer and enjoy a delicious slice of it with our lovely friends and family members. Have fun getting healthy together and spread the joy of eating amazing tasting raw vegan delights!
