This recipe is a delicious vegan pizza that you can enjoy with your lovely friends and family members and even make it raw if you really wish so. The only thing that makes the difference here between the raw or the vegan version is whether we use a dehydrator or an oven to make it crunchy and delicious and get a lovely consistency, but when it comes to ingredients we use the same fresh and savory goodies for both of them.

For the crust we use a gluten free flour mix made from some of the following: quinoa, amaranth, chickpeas, buckwheat, rice, oats etc. We mix the flour with some warm water, oregano, nutritional yeast flakes and spread it on the bottom of our pizza form.
For the pizza sauces we use the following ingredients:
Tomato sauce
2 tomatoes
3-4 dried tomatoes
cold pressed sunflower seed oil
agave nectar
oregano and basil.
Cashew cream sauce
100 g cashew
juice of 1 lemon
2-3 tbs nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 cup water
1-2 cloves of garlic.
Using a blender we mix all the ingredients for each sauce until we have a creamy and smooth consistency. Then we spread then on top of our pizza crust and go on to the next step: decorating our delicious vegan pizza.
To decorate the pizza we use:
chopped mushrooms
cashews
nutritional yeast flakes
olives
leafy greens
bell peppers and other delicious veggies of our own choice.
The final step is to use a dehydrator or an oven at low temperature to dehydrate our lovely looking pizza and get a crunchy and delicious texture for our beautiful looking delightful meal.
