This recipe is a delicious mix of coconut flakes and raw peanuts and it tastes absolutely delicious. We can also use cashews instead of peanuts or some almonds with the skins removed to get a white color. I actually like the raw peanut butter flavor so I chose peanuts for this time. Another option for the bars would be some gluten free oat flakes which are also a  very nutritious and delicious food.

For making these coconut bars we need the following ingredients:

100 g coconut flakes and some more for the final touch

200 g raisins

maca powder

coconut oil

200 g raw peanuts.

We use a food processor to mix all the ingredients until we have a thick and sticky consistency. Next step is making our bars by simply using our hands or some cookie cutters.

The final step is to sprinkle them with coconut flakes and date paste. Date paste is really easy to make, all we have to do is just mix some soaked dates with the water they were soaked in and add some carob powder and we have got caramel date paste. Yum!
