
It is autumn season so now it is the time for some pear deliciousness in a fancy looking cake. I decided to just slice it in various shapes and it looks really amazing. To make this beautiful and delicious cake I just combined some pear creamy filling with some chopped pear and a delicious cinnamon sauce. Top this goodies with some tasty coconut flakes and you have got a heavenly tasting dessert. Yum!
For the pear cake filling I used:
3-4 pears
3-4 tbs agave nectar
3-4 tbs coconut oil
1 cup water
100 g sunflower seeds.
I used a blender to mix these ingredients until they make a creamy and smooth consistency. We pour this mixture into a cake form with some chopped pears, about 1-2 pears for this, and we add into the freezer for a few hours.

When it is ready we just take it out of the freezer and top it with some cinnamon sauce. For the cinnamon sauce we use:
3-4 tbs agave nectar
1-2 tbs cinnamon powder
1-2 tbs coconut oil.
For the final touch we sprinkle some delicious coconut flakes and now we can take a bite of this gorgeous looking healthy and vegan cake. Pears are a wonderful and amazing fruit and they go so well with the agave nectar and cinnamon powder for making delicious and healthy raw vegan cakes. We can also use pears to make green juices and smoothies by simply mixing them or juicing them along with fresh greens, celery stalks and cucumbers. Eating healthy is just awesome and amazing!
