I think that making a bell pepper and zucchini delicious and savory bowl is a wonderful idea for a winter meal. It is colorful, it is fulfilling and a great choice that you can make if you are trying to incorporate more healthy goodies into your current lifestyle. Zucchinis are lovely for both veggie spreads and veggie sliders. They are absolutely great and go well with pretty much any other veggies. Now let`s see how we make this beautiful veggie bowl.

For the zucchini cream, which is basically the main part of the recipe, we use the following ingredients:

1 zucchini

juice of 1 lemon

100 g sesame seeds

1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

1 tbsp cold pressed sunflower seed oil

1/2 cup water.

We blend these ingredients until we get a smooth and creamy consistency and then we pour it into a nice looking bowl of choice. Next step is cutting some beautiful red bell pepper into small pieces and sprinkling it on top of the zucchini cream.

Final step is to add some seeds on top, like for example a  mix of chia seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and also some delicious and  amazing nutritional yeast flakes.
