Christmas is coming! It is amazing to see so much gratitude and joy in the world in those beautiful days and I do believe that everybody deserves to treat themselves up to their best availability, both as a matter of what we are feeding our minds and souls with, but also as a matter of what foods we are choosing to put on our tables. Christmas is a wonderful time of the year when the meal itself becomes a feast so why not make it a healthy and fulfilling experience and then start incorporating those new concepts on a day to day basis? True fulfillment comes from freeing ourselves from all that we think we are supposed to do and diving deep into the joy and wonder of being our true selves and being true to ourselves.
Today we have a Christmas Menu on our Christmas blog posts series of this week so I am sharing with you some ideas that you might want to try and see how you feel while doing so and maybe even share them with your loved ones.
First of all we have some delicious appetizers that can be an absolutely delicious addition to your Christmas meal. You can definitely try them and see how you feel. A zucchini and pine nut spread with veggies and greens plate might be just what you are looking for in order to brighten up your holiday season. Or you can also try some delicious veggie spreads such as spinach spread, a beet sunflower spread or even a simple cashew, lemon and nutritional yeast spread. You are definitely going to love their delicious tastes. A wonderful idea would be to make some avocados stuffed with veggie spread, mix of seeds, tomatoes and olives. Yum!

You can also serve those veggie spreads with some delicious vegan and raw vegan breads or crackers such as: pumpkin seed bread, beet root bread or some carrot crackers. You can find all the recipes for those goodies right here, on my blog. Feel free to experiment and find what tastes you love most and what tastes fit best into your own lifestyle.

Moving on to the next delights that I am presenting you, here are some ideas for the meal itself. So for the main course you might enjoy a delicious salad with a lovely and creamy raw vegan soup. Then if you feel like you want some more raw and vegan goodness you can try also the amazing stuffed peppers. They are absolutely delicious and full of crunchy flavors and joy.

Now, for our favorite time of the year and our favorite time of the meal, for dessert you might want to enjoy some creamy and delicious cake or maybe some crunchy and fluffy raw vegan bars or candies. You can try to make some coconut candies or candy bars, some peanut chocolate bars or even some delicious vanilla and chocolate cake, sprinkled with some cacao nibs and delicious spices. This is actually something that everybody is going to love. Raw vegan desserts are absolutely amazing.

I really hope you enjoyed my Christmas Menu for this holiday season and I am absolutely amazed by the powerful benefits that a plant based nutrition is able to bring to our lives. Feel free to share those delicious recipes with your lovely friends and family members and enjoy making Christmas meal a happy, healthy and fulfilling experience of your life. Living foods are wonderful for our bodies and minds and they are a beautiful way to reconnect to our inner truth and wisdom while allowing our bodies to thrive on a healthy and fulfilling plant based nutrition.
Happy Holidays!
