For this veggie plate we need the following ingredients:
veggie sticks: sliced carrots, red cabbage, celery and red bell pepper
fresh parsley
avocado spread.
For making the avocado spread we are going to use the following ingredients:
1 avocado
juice of half a grepfruit
one celery stick
fresh parsley.
We mix all the ingredients for the avocado spread in a blender until this mixture reaches a creamy and smooth consistency and then we take it out of the blender and pour it on top or next to our delicious and fulfilling veggie sticks.

Now you can add on some more parsley to the deliciousness of this beautiful plate if you wish and then take a bite of this delicious goodness.
