It is still holiday season and the New Year`s Eve is just a few days away from us, so it is about time to start preparing some delicious, homemade, raw vegan delightful and beautiful cake. You are just going to love raw vegan desserts. They are absolutely amazing. They look so wonderful and they taste absolutely divine. All you have to do is just try them and you are definitely going to fall in love with those delicious healthy goodies.
One very important part of the preparations for the New Year`s celebrations is to make a lovely and beautiful cake. Since raw vegan desserts are absolutely delightful and fulfilling just give it a try and go for a raw vegan dessert this year and your days are definitely going to be brighter and lighter while still getting that sweetness treat on to your table. Yum!

Here we have a delicious, creamy and crunchy peanut and caramel chocolate cake that is just going to amaze you with its delightful tastes and fulfilling textures. Just try it and you are absolutely going to love it.
The ingredients that we need for this recipe are:
200 g oat flakes
orange zest
3-4 tbsp coconut oil
100 g dates
100 g raisins
100 g figs.
We put those ingredients in a food processor and process them until we get a thick and sticky consistency which will make the cake base. Now, we can have either a one cake layer or some more layers for the cake so is we wish to have more layers we do this by simply dividing this mixture and alternating the cake base layers with the cream filling layers to get our cake done.
For the caramel cream we need the following ingredients:
100 g dates
100 g figs
100 g peanuts
1/2 cup water
vanilla
3-4 tbsp coconut oil.
We use a blender to blend the ingredients for the cream filling until we get a smooth and creamy consistency. We layer it alternatively with the cake base if we are making more layers or we just simply spread it on top of the cake base and cover all the cake with this delicious and beautiful caramel cream filling. We let about half a cup of this cream aside and we mix it with some carob or cacao powder to get our chocolate glaze. We pour the chocolate glaze on top of the cake and then we use some oat flakes, cinnamon and coconut sugar to decorate the cake.


When the cake is ready all we have to do is to just put it in the fridge for a while to settle down and then we can take it out of the fridge and enjoy a delicious slice of this lovely beauty. A chocolate peanut and caramel cake is a wonderful treat for any special occasion that you might be joining or just to serve as dessert or as a healthy and fulfilling snack. The oats are a great source of fiber and nutrients that are just going to make your body happy and fulfilled.
