
Raspberries are absolutely wonderful and delicious and just like any other berries they are full of antioxidants and other beneficial nutrients which are totally amazing for our beautiful bodies. I love making raw vegan raspberry cakes and tarts, but today it is all about raw vegan bars topped with delicious raspberry glaze. Yum!
For this recipe we use the following ingredients:
100 g dates
100 g coconut flakes
100 g sesame seeds
2-3 tbsp coconut oil
2-3 tbsp peanut or any other nut butter
2-3 tbsp cacao powder
2-3 tbsp coconut milk.
We use a food processor to mix the ingredients until we have a sticky and smooth consistency. This is going to be the mixture for our lovely and delicious raw vegan bars.
Now for the raspberry glaze we are going to use the following ingredients:
2-3 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup coconut milk
juice of 1 lemon
2-3 tbsp coconut oil.
We use a blender and blend these ingredients until we have a smooth and creamy consistency. We spread the raspberry glaze on top of the mixture for our lovely bars and sprinkle with some more coconut flakes.

All we have to do now is to put our delicious raw vegan bars in the fridge for a while and then they are ready to be enjoyed either as a healthy and fulfilling snack or even as a delightful choice for dessert.
