Many diseases and even many daily disturbances such as headaches might come from simply not getting enough fresh air so be sure to get at least a few minutes of fresh air every single day and you will notice an amazing difference in your well being and health as well.

Trapped in the comfort of modern technologies and sitting at some form of a desk or office space all day long is going to affect our well being at some point if we forget to take some time to move our bodies and most importantly to reconnect with nature. Many people just sit at a desk all day and then when they get home they are to tired to even think about taking a walk and instead prefer to drink some coffee and just sit on the couch for the rest of their day, but the beautiful think about fresh air and walking in fresh air is that it is actually refreshing for our bodies and our minds and when we take time to move our bodies in such a way, it will definitely do us good, helping us feel more energized and in the long term even more productive in the works that we are doing on a day to day basis.
