Bananas are a wonderful and delicious source of abundant nutrition and a delightful treat for our bodies. Those fruits can be enjoyed in many raw vegan recipes and they can be eaten during the entire day. Bananas can be used for delicious smoothies, creamy puddings and all kinds of raw vegan desserts. They can also be mixed with savory greens and leafy veggies in order to make an amazing breakfast recipe. What I would like to present today is an absolutely amazing and nutritious banana breakfast recipe which includes all kinds of yummy textures and tastes such as: bananas, quinoa, cinnamon, etc. You are absolutely going to love this recipe so enjoy it with your lovely friends and family members!

For this recipe we are going to need the following ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

100 g quinoa pudding or quinoa flakes

3-4 tbsp nut butter of choice

3-4 tbsp date paste (dates blended with water or veggie milk and some spices of choice)

cinnamon

100 g coconut flakes.

All we have to do now is to ensemble our beautiful banana breakfast and then we can savor it on a delightful spring or summer day. First we slice the bananas and we use them as the first layer for our beautiful cake, then we add some nut butter, coconut flakes and date paste, then we add the quinoa, on top of the quinoa we add another banana slices layer and then we finally spread some more nut butter and date paste on the top of the second banana layer, add some coconut flakes and cinnamon and we are done. This delightful dessert can be served right away or it can be kept for a few hours in the fridge.
