Greens and delicious vegan goodies can always be enjoyed in a beautiful salad, but if you feel like you need a change in your life maybe it is about time to try some veggie wraps. It is basically still a salad but it just looks differently, so playful and joyful that you will just love to give it a try. Romaine leaves are the key ingredients for this beautiful recipe as we are able to use them as wraps in order to put our veggies in. A mix of colors and textures is also a good thing when it comes to vegan foods and raw vegan foods simply because it not only brings a large variety of nutrients and delicious flavors, but it also makes everything so much better.

For this recipe we need the following ingredients:
a few romaine leaves to be used as wraps
a mix of seeds, such as sesame, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds
2-3 cucumbers
1 cup shredded cabbage, purple and green
1/2 cup sauerkraut
3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
3-4 radishes.
We chop the cucumbers, the radishes and mix them all together with the other ingredients. Then we take each romaine leave and fill it with this delicious veggie mixture. When the wraps are ready we can serve them with some veggie and nuts or seeds spread, or maybe even with some hummus. The wraps can be served right away, or they can be kept in fridge for a few hours.
