Green juices are a wonderful choice to start our mornings with. Green juices are easily absorbed by the body, which is really great in the morning as our bodies are just starting out a new day and they are also verry fulfilling and nourishing as well, making it really easy to get a boost of nutrients right away from the start of our day. YUM!

Green Boost

For this delicious green juice recipe we are going to use the ingredients:

2 cucumbers

4-5 celery stalks

1 small bunch of white grapes

juice of 1/2 of a grapefruit

juice of 1 lemon.

We use a cold press juicer to get the juice from the cucumbers, celery stalks and grapes and then we combine it with the rest of the ingredients. When the juice is done, we can drink it right away or we can keep it in the fridge for a while. Ideally it is, of course, to drink it right away but it is better to drink some green juice rather than no juice at all so just do the best you can in order to get amazing nutrition for your body from those delicious juices.
