Green juices are absolutely great in the morning, simply because they are so easy to digest for our bodies and also of course, because green juices are full of delicious and nutritious ingredients and just help us start our days with a lovely boost of energy and enjoyment for what is about to unfold during the day. Green juices are really easy to make and also pretty easy to get used to, just use a little bit more fruits it the beggining until you get used to the taste of the green goodness and then you will be able to switch and focus more on the greens from your juice. YUM!
For this delicious green juice that I am sharing with you today, we are going to need just a few ingredients. Of course, you can always add more ingredients if you wish, but my point for today s recipe was to just keep it as simple and delicious as possible. So if you are an apple lover, you are definitely going to love this recipe and since its autumn now and apples are in season, this makes it a seasonal and tasty recipe both at the same time. For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
3-4 cucumbers
3-4 apples
a small piece of ginger.
We use a cold press juicer to get our juice from those delicious ingredients and when the juice is ready we can pour it in a nice looking cup or jar or just a simple glass of choice, sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top of it and enjoy every little sip of this delightful raw vegan goodness.
