Today`s recipe is a mix of spicy and sweet, along with a little bit of crunchiness from the dehydration part of making those delicious veggie crackers. Veggie crackers are super healthy, nutrient dense and filled with healthy fiber and amazing healthy fats from the seeds. Veggie crackers are great to take with you on the go, enjoy as a snack or just simply as a delicious and healthy substitute for bread, along with a nice soup or a veggie spread of your choice.

For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
1/2 cup raw peanuts or any other nuts of choice
1 cup buckwheat
1 cup water
1/2 cup mix of seeds
1 big red bell pepper
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2-3 tbsp grinded flax seeds
1/2 cup onion slices
himalayan salt, pepper.
We use a food processor to mix all the ingredients together until we get a thick and sticky consistency, which we are then going to spread on top of some parchment paper or some baking paper until it is about 1/2 cm thick and cut our crackers into shapes of choice. Then we are going to dehydrate the crackers by either using a dehydrator or just by simply putting the crackers into the oven at a low temperature and allow them to sit there until they get crunchy and crisp. When the crackers are ready, we can serve them right away or we can even store them up to one week in a cold and dried place.

Feel free to share this delicious recipe with your lovely friends and family members and enjoy making healthy, happy, beautiful and aware food choices. Food is nourishment so by taking care of what we choose to put on our plates and into our bodies we are actually taking care of ourselves as holistic beings. When we start to take care of ourselves in such a beautiful and colorful way then the entire world surrounding us is going to change due to our own change in perspective. By bringing more kindness, compassion and awareness into our day to day lives we are then being able to make better choices that are not only good for ourselves but also for the planet and every other being around us.
