It a such a beautiful time of the year when autumn comes and all the trees and natural surrounding change their colors into wonderful nuances of red, yellow, green, and everything looks like it is being covered in a special kind of beauty. The weather is still pretty nice outside, which makes it absolutelly great for beautiful and peaceful nature walks and it is as well a great time for enjoy the raw vegan goodies that this amazing season provides. Today`s recipe is a delicious fruit platter that combined delicious autumnal flavors with a little bit of spice from the cinnamon powder and a sweet touch of agave nectar which makes everything taste amazingly delicious.

For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
1 golden apples
1 pear
1 small bunch of grapes
1 quince
cinnamon powder
agave nectar
a few raw nuts of choice: peanuts, almonds, cashews, etc.
This recipe is really easy and simple to make. It just takes aroun 5 to 10 min to cut all the fruit into thin slices, arrange them and then top them with the cinnamon powder, agave nectar and nuts of choice. Yum! This salad is best served right away, but it can also be kept for a few hours, but just make sure to add to lemon juice as well on top of the fruit slices in order to make sure that their color will not change due to oxidation that might occur as they are exposed. Otherwise, everything is good. You can serve this plater as a delicious breakfast in the morning or even as a healthy and nutritious, super delicious, raw vegan snack.
