One things that I have found to be verry useful over the years is meal planning. Meal planning is good for us all, not only for vegans or raw vegans, especially because we live in such an abundant world, that is filled with not only delicious and nutritious foods but also lots of processed and industrial foods that might not really fit into the deffinition of a healthy, balanced life. Many times we might think that meal planning might be time consuming or we just do not feel like doing it, because we might be thinking that it could be some sort of obsessing over the food choices that we make and of course we do not want to be like that. Meal planning is actually nor good or bad by itself, it is just a tool that has the ability to help us if we decide to incorporate it in our lives. Meal planning is all about being more conscious and aware of the food choices that we make as well as being more connected to the messages our bodies send us on a daily basis.

Meal planning is a great tool that actually helped me save time and now I do not see it as time consuming at all, simply because I just love to know that I have my foods prepped and that I have got all the amazing goodies that I need right where I am at so that I can easily embrace other activities that I am getting involved in on a daily basis. I love to make shopping lists in order to get all the ingredients that I need in advance for the following  week, and then I also like to prepare as much of my weekly meals as possible during the weekend. Things like chopping ingredients for weekly salads, prepping ingredients for the weekly recipes can be easily done in advance. Of course some things such as smoothies and juices are best served right away, but it is ok to make them even the night before, just do what works best for yourself at the time, and then you will see that once you see all the benefits of eating and living a healthy and fulfilling life, then you are going to be interested in taking steps even further towards a better health. It all starts with a few small steps and then, once we get the hang of it and we start loving the way we feel, we just naturally keep doing it in order to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.

As with any kind of planning, it is just great to know in advance what things are going to look like during the next days, and I am personally a verry big fan of planning and knowing the structure of my days in advance. Of course there is room for some improvisation from time to time and this is good as well, so feel free to combine them both cause once you get used to your new and amazing conscious lifestyle, you are just going to be amazed by all the good things that keep showing up in your life as a result of taking care of your body, your mind as well as your soul. It feels amazing to take care of our wonderful bodies and it does affect all. The more conscious choices we make, the more connected we are going to feel to being in sync with ourselves and the experience of living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.
