Drinking green juices and smoothies in the morning is absolutely amazing for our beautiful bodies as we get a fresh boost of energy right from the start of another amazing day of our lives. Juices and smoothies are easy to digest, filled with delicious and nutritious elements that the human body is craving for, they are totally filled with great nutrition and a very easy way to get the most of our fruits and veggies. Green juice combines leafy greens and veggies such as cucumbers, celery stalks, salads, with the delicious sweetness of fruits such as apples, pears or more exotic choices like pineapple or kiwis. Yum! This sounds absolutely amazing!

So, for todays green juice recipe, we are going to use the following ingredients:

3-4 cucumbers

3-4 celery stalks

a small piece of ginger

juice of 1 orange

a few slices of fresh and crisp pineapple.

We use a cold pressing juicer to juice our ingredients, with the exception of the orange of course, and then we mix the juice that we get from the juicer with the orange juice and our delicious green juice delight is ready to be served. It is best to serve juices as soon as possible, but if there is any inconvenient that you may face and that stops you from enjoying the juice right away, it can still be kept up to 24-48 hours in the fridge in a sealed container/jar of choice. Some of the nutrients might get lost during this time but that is not a problem, as any kind of healthy, balanced green juice is better than no green juice at all. Just feel free to do what works best for yourself and your unique lifestyle in order to be able to enjoy the benefits of living a healthy, balanced life.
