This recipe is a wonderful choice to make in a very short time and it is a great choice to make when looking for something easy to make and that can also be taken on the go. Healthy and fulfilling, oats are a great choice for an energy boost in the morning or at pretty much any time of the day when you feel like you need it. Oats are satiating and filled with healthy fiber which is great for our bodies in order to sustain proper health and proper functioning of all body systems. I just like to make raw vegan cookies and bars with those three simple ingredients: oat flakes, dried fruits and nuts because they are so healthy and fulfilling and provide our bodies amazing nutrition.

For this simple and absolutely delicious recipe, we are going to use the following ingredients:

1 cup oat flakes

1/2 cup dried plums

1/2 dates

1/2 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup mix of cashews, hazelnuts and any other nuts of choice

3-4 tbsp coconut oil.

We use a food processor to mix all the ingredients together until we get a thick and sticky consistency and then when our dough is ready we can take it out of the food processor and spread it on the bottom of a square tray or any other tray of choice and cut our delicious bars into the desired shape.
