Apples are a wonder and nutritious food choice that we can embrace as a part of a healthy and fulfilling life. Apples are available for us on the market all year around which makes them a great choice at pretty much any time of the year. I think apples are great for smoothies, juices as well as crispy and delicious desserts and amazing raw vegan goodies. Apples are filled with fiber which makes them great for digestion as well as a very satiating food. Yum!
For today recipe we are going to use only a few ingredients which make this recipe taste absolutely divine. This recipe takes only a few minutes to be made and it tastes divine. For this recipe, we are going to use the following ingredients:
3-4 sliced/ diced small red apples
3-4 tbsp agave nectar
ginger powder
maca powder
cinnamon powder
lemon juice
3-4 tbsp coconut oil.
We put our apple slices into a beautiful looking bowl and combine them with the coconut oil and the agave nectar. Next we add the ginger, macca and cinnamon powder into the mixture and stir everything with a spoon. When everything is mixed together and all the apple slices are covered in delicious sweeteness and spice, we can add the lemon juice on top, mix it as well and our delicious cinnamon apple crisps are ready to be served. We can top them with some crushed nuts or seeds, oat flakes or even coconut flakes and enjoy this delicious dessert or even breakfast right away.
