Every day is a new and wonderful chance to explore new foods, new lifestyle patterns and even try out some new choices. It is all about learning how to make more and more conscious and aware choices, as a matter of daily practice, until a new pattern actually becomes a habbit. Choosing to take care of our own bodies, health and well being is a choice that we make each and every single day, and especially now, that a new year is starting out, we do get a wonderful chance to explore perhaps in a very different way than we might usually do, those new beginnings. Also, every end is a new beginning as well, but I think that it is always best to focus more on what we choose to incorporate in our lifestyle choices as a matter of exploring a conscious way of living, than to focus on what is being left behind. Some things don t even serve us anymore, but we just simply keep doing them because it looks so easy to do something that has already became a habbit in our lives.

For today s topic of new beggings, we are trying out a delicious, spicy and nutritious juice recipe, that is filled with nutrients, vitamins and minerals that just make our bodies thrive. For this recipe, we are going to use the following ingredients:

1 – 2 cucumbers

5 – 7 celery stalks

3 – 4 oranges

1 tbsp moringa

1 tbsp ginger powder/ 1 small piece of fresh ginger.

We use a cold pressing juicer to juice all the ingredients, and then when the juice is done, we can add the moringa powder and the ginger powder (in case we are using the ginger powder and not the fresh ginger). Then, when the juice is ready we can serve it right away in order to benefit from all its amazing and nutritious properties, or we can keep it in the fridge, in a sealed jar for around 12 – 24 hours. YUM!

Making healthy and fulfilling choices on  day to day basis is a habbit just like any other habbit and it requires repetition in order to became second nature, but as soon as our bodies and our minds get used to the new habbit, then everything unfolds naturally, in a healthy, balanced way. I truly believe that when we take care of our bodies and nourish ourselves with the most nutritious and fulfilling plant based foods available to us at all times, then we are really able to reach our full potential and live life to its fullest.

Life changes might be scary, but they are a natural thing that occurs in life and during the whole duration of our lives, changes are actually the only thing that is for sure going to happen in our lives no matter what. We always change and even if we are aware of those changes or not, they do take place in out lives no matter what. But, what we can do as a way of better managing changes in our lives, is to just simply learn to accept and embrace the changes in our lives as a natural part of our living on this planet, as a lesson that we learn about ourselves as well as a lesson that we learn about the world surrounding us. The way we manage to deal with changes in our lives definitely tells a lot of our personalities and life beliefs so that the better we learn to navigate those changes, the easier it gets for us to see them as gifts of life, given to us in order to support our own development and growth as unique, amazing and conscious individuals.
