Avocado salads are just great, I love using avocado in all kinds of delicious salads as well as amazing salad dressings or even tasty veggie spreads. Avocados are just so creamy and dreamy and they can be used both for main dishes as well as for desserts. YUM! Avocados are a wonderful source of healthy fats, a great fulfilling choices for a tasty and delicious raw vegan recipe and a delightful snack that can be eaten just by itself or mixed simply with some nutritional yeast flakes and a little bit of himalayan salt and yum a delicious treat is ready to be served.

For todays recipe we are going to make a healthy and delicious raw vegan avocado salad mix, and for this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:

1 avocado

1 tomato

juice of 1 lemon

3-4 tbps nutritional yeast flakes

himalayan salt.

We use a blender to mix all the ingredients together and blend until we get a smooth and creamy consistency. Then we can take our avocado cream out of the blender and put it into a nice looking serving bowl of choice. Next we add some salad mix next to our avocado, sprinkle with some seeds mix and our delicious avocado salad mix is ready to be served.
