I find yoga practice to be a great detoxifier as well as energizer for the body. By doing yoga we not only do the asanas, but also choosing a different and perhaps more conscious mindset of being present with what is, that we ultimately take then with us for the rest of the day. A good breakfast is very important as well in order to start the day refreshned and energized, ready for all the amazing adventures that life brings on a daily basis.
Today s recipe is a delicious and nutritious breakfast mix which combines the following ingredients:
1/2 cup mix of flakes: buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, gluten free oats
2-3 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup raisins
2-3 tbsp agave nectar
cinnamon
macca
juice of 1/2 lemon.

This amazing mix can be totally eaten just by itself or it can be sprinkled on top of some banana or any other fruit slices of your choice, it can be eaten with some almond milk or any other nut milk, spinkled on top of raw vegan puddings and even delicious raw vegan bars or cakes. You can definitely eat this mix for an energizing boost in the morning, have it for dessert or even as a healthy, nutritious and delicious snack at any time of the day.
