I love green juices and smoothies and they are definitely a great addition to a healthy balanced life, especially when drinked on a day to day basis. They just taste amazing and make you feel amazing as well. YUM! But even if you do not have time or for whatever reason you don t feel like having them on a day to basis, even drinking those delicious and amazing goodies from time to time is still going to do your body a lot of good.

For today s green juice recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:

3-4 pears

2 oranges

1 tangerine

1 cucumber

ginger.

We use a cold pressing juicer to juice all the ingredients and then when our juice is ready, we can serve it right away or put it into a sealed jar of choice and keep it in the fridge for around 24-48 hours for later servings. This juice is just amazing, it feels fresh, it is energizing and an amazing source of health and balanced nutrition.
