Sprouts are a wonderful and colorful choice for a healthy raw vegan meal. They can be used both for salads, as well as fresh juices and smoothies, having an evergizing effect on the body as well as lots of nutrients and other amazing nutritional benefits. Filled with vitamins and minerals, and even more dense in those elements then the older version of themselves, meaning the mature plants, sprouts are definitely a great choice in winter for example when it is a little bit harder to find local produce, simply because sprouts can be grown pretty much anywhere, you just need the seeds, some water and a jar, then a little bit of patience and in a couple of days you have got your own fresh sprouts at a pretty convenient price. But they can also be found in stores as well.

Today`s recipe is a delicious mix of crispy sprouts with some creamy avocado and yum, a delicious salad is waiting for you to enjoy it right away. For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
1/2 cup red cabbage sprouts
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 tomato
1 avocado
juice of 1/2 lemon.
We use a kitchen knife to cup the avocado and the tomato in small slices and then we mix them in a bowl of choice with the rest of the ingredients. When the salad is ready it can be served right away on its own or we can choose to spread it on top of some delicious raw vegan or vegan crackers for even more deliciousness. I served mine with some vegan seed mix crackers. Yum, absolutely divine!

Feel free to share this delicious recipe with your lovely friends and family members and enjoy getting healthy together. Making healthy and fulfilling choices on day to day basis is a habbit just like any other habbit and it requires repetition in order to became second nature, but as soon as our bodies and our minds get used to the new habbit, then everything unfolds naturally, in a healthy, balanced way.
