Lemonades are just great. They are so easy to make and really healthy and nourishing for the body, especially when we add all kinds of delicious goodies to them in order to boost their nutrition properties and over all nourishment. I think that lemonades are great for hydrating the body as well as for nourishing the body. Easy and fun to make, today`s recipe is a delicious mix of sourness from the lemon, spice from the mint and sweetness from the agave nectar. YUM!
For this recipe we are going to need the following ingredients:
juice of 2 lemons
1-2 cups of water
2-3 tbsp agave nectar
fresh mint leaves
juice of 1 small piece of ginger.

We use a blender to mix all the ingredients together until we get a smooth consistency. Then we can take our delicious mint lemonade out of the blender and pour it into a nice looking glass or cup of choice. A beautiful piece of sunshine right in the middle of the cold winter times. This is absolutely divine!
