Avocado Tomato Spread

Spring is here and everything is absolutely amazing, The weather is fine, it is getting warmer everyday and the sun is shinning all day long. No more foggy mornings and cold nights, it is time for freshness and abundance. All kinds of delicious veggies, greens, fruits and delightful goodies are soon going to be all over the place. Until then we can still get some freshness from the delight of eating fresh, pure and nutritious foods that are just so good for the mind, body and spirit at the same time. Today`s recipe is a delicios mix of freshness and cruchiness and it tastes absolutely divine. Avocado and tomato spread is just perfect for spring, but pretty much for any time of the year when we are looking for something fresh, delicious and healthy at the same time. YUM!

For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:

1-2 tomatoes

1 avocado

juice of 1 lemon

2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

1-2 cloves of garlic.

We use a blender to mix all the ingredients together until we get a creamy and smooth consistency, if needed we can add some more water, around 1/2 cup to 1 cup to get a thinner texture. When the spread is ready we can mix it with some chopped carrots and then for a savory touch we can also spread some delicious seeds mix and even some sauerkraut on top of it. Our delicious veggie spread is ready to be served.
