Today`s recipe is a delicious mix of sea buckthorn amazing goodness blended with some creamy and delicious, sweet bananas and topped with amazing superfoods powder and spices. YUM!. Sea Buckthorn is great for our bodies because those little berries are filled with lots of vitamins and minerals that our bodies just thrive on, such as vitamin A, vitamin C, and also minerals such as calcium, magnesium and so on. Sea buckthorn berries are also filled with fatty acids and are great as protection against oxidative stress, inflammation and other stress induced conditions, they are great for boosting the immune function and can be found in all kinds of forms such as powder, fresh berries, frozen berries and even suplements.

For today`s delicious sea buckthorn smoothie recipe, we are going to use the following ingredients:

2 bananas

1/2 cup frozen or fresh sea buckthorn berries

2-3 tbsp agave nectar

1-2 tbsp maca powder

1-2 tbsp baobab powder

1 cup fresh water/ almond drink.

We use a blender to mix all the ingredients together until we get a smooth and creamy consistency and then when our colorful and delicious smoothie is ready, we can take it out of the blender and pour it into a nice looking glass or jar, in my case, of choice and serve it right away. It tastes absolutely delicious and amazing and it is a great boost for our bodies overall health and wellbeing.
