Today s recipe is a great choice for an energizing boost in the morning, but it can also be served at pretty much any time of the day when you feel like you are craving perhaps something sweet, wanting just a little bit more energy, or something super healthy and delicious that is satiating and fulfilling at the same time. This recipe is a great choice for breakfast because it just gives that boost of energy and freshness that we all need in the morning to get going with our beautiful and amazing lives.
For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flakes
the slices of 2 medium oranges
2-3 tbsp of agave nectar
1 tbsp fiber mix ( flaxseeds, psyllium husk, etc)
cinnamon
a few nuts to decorate
1/4 cup raisins.

Now all we have to do is to mix the oat flakes with the raisins and the fiber mix and combine them with the orange slices by adding them into a nice looking bowl of choice, then we add some more raisins on top of the orange slices, sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the oat mix and finally add the nuts on the side of the orange slices and our delicious oat mix bowl is ready to be served. It looks amazing and it tastes absolutely divine! YUM!
