Today`s recipe is a healthy and delicious mix of tropical fruits, which makes it absolutely perfect for a beautiful summer day. Since its summer time already, it is about time to celebrate the good days and the long days of this beautiful season with some healthy, delicious and nutritious foods. Summer time is a great moment for us all to start incorporating more fresh produce into our daily lives by simply choosing from all the amazing abundance that is surrounding us: lots of veggies, leaffy greens, fruits and berries and all kinds of delightful gifts from nature itself. In my opinion, at this time of the year is also easier to incorporate lots of veggies and fruits because our bodies thrive on watery produce in order to keep us hydrated and fulfilled.
For today`s recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
1 cup of frozen/fresh mix of papaya, pinneaple and mango
2 bananas
1 cup water/ nut drink
cinnamon
ginger.

We use a blender to mix all the ingredients together until we get a smooth and creamy consistency, then we can take our beautiful and amazing smoothie out of the blender and pour it into a nice looking jar or cup of choice. This smoothie is filled with nutritious goodness, its full of color, yellow like the sunshine, it is just goint to brighten up our days. YUM!
