Today s recipe is a delicious mix of fresh veggies, spices and lots of super hydrating goodies. Raw vegan foods are great for summer time simply because they are so hydrating, easy to digest and nourishing for our amazing and beautiful bodies. Raw vegan nutrition is a fantastic choice for moments when we would like to both hydrate and nourish our bodies, find something that is both easy to make and easy to digest at the same time. Fruits and veggies are everywhere during the summer times and it is so easy at this time of the year to find abundant and fulfilling produce pretty much anywhere so this is why the summer time is a great moment to give the raw vegan lifestyle a try and see how it fits into your own life. Raw vegan choices are easy to make and we can always adapt them to our own needs, wishes and desires. By simply keeping ourselves informed and open to new ideas at all times, we are then truly able to live life to its fullest. YUM!
For today s recipe, refreshing summer soup, we are going to use the following ingredients:
3-4 medium cucumbers
2 -3 small to medium tomatoes
1/2 soaked sunflower seeds
1-2 cloves of garlic
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast.

We use a blender to mix all the ingredients together until we get a smooth and creamy consistency and then when our soup is ready, we can take it out of the blender and pour it into nice looking bowls of choice. Next step is addind 1 tbsp of chia seeds to each bowl and stir it well. Then we are going to cut some celery stalks and 1 more tomato into small pieces and add them as well to our delicious raw vegan soup. Final step is adding some more nutritional yeast on top of our soup bowls and 1-2 tbsp of seeds mix to each bowl and our soup is ready to be served.
