Cinnamon is a great spice, as well as a wonderful source of antioxidants which are pretty awesome for the health of our amazing bodies, it is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which help the body fight infections and even repair damaged tissues, it is also known for its blood-sugar-lowering properties, which make it very useful for people who might be dealing with diabetes or similar diseases, but also for the rest of the people consuming it simply because it is really tasty and delicious and it definitelly makes a wonderful addition to pretty much any sort of raw vegan goodies such us delightful cakes, cookies and smoothies. Along with ginger and many other delicious spices, I just love to add a little bit of a spicy touch to all of my recipes, either main courses or desserts, there is always space for a little bit of grace, coming from a spicy choice.

For today`s recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
1 1/2 cup soaked dates
1/2 cup carob powder
1/4 cup cacao beans
1-2 tbsp macca powder
1-2 tbsp cinnamon powder.
We use a food processor to mix all the ingredients together until we get a thick and sticky consistency. Then we can take our cake dough out of the food processor and roll it into nice looking shapes of choice. I have decided to make some raw vegan balls this time and sprinkle some more cinnamon and macca powder on top of them in the end.

Feel free to share this delicious recipe with your lovely friends and family members and enjoy getting healthy together. Making healthy and fulfilling choices on day to day basis is a habbit just like any other habbit and it requires repetition in order to became second nature, but as soon as our bodies and our minds get used to the new habbit, then everything unfolds naturally, in a healthy, balanced way. I truly believe that when we take care of our bodies and nourish ourselves with the most nutritious and fulfilling plant based foods available to us at all times, then we are really able to reach our full potential and live life to its fullest.
