Lately I have been really enjoying eating fruits in the morning just by themselves, simply because it is summer and my body needs an abundance of hydrating foods and also because there is an abundance of produce available on the market at this time of the year. I usually eat fruits in the morning anyways, but I just like to combine them with some nuts, cereal flakes or dried fruits to just give my breakfast a bit more of an energizing kick and have a more filling meal, especially when I know that I am going to need more resources for the first hours of the day.
Today`s recipe is an absolutely delicious an nutritious raw vegan bowl, this is sweet and savory, filled with delightful goodies that just make us feel like we are in paradise. YUM. For the recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
1 banana
1 pear
1./2 cup (or more if needed) almond milk
1/2 cup mix of dried fruits, seeds, nuts
1/2 cup coconut chips or coconut flakes.

We use a blender to mix together the banana, the pear and the almond milk, then, when it all gets a creamy and smooth consistency, we are going to take it out of the blender and pour it into a nice looking bowl of choice and add the mix of drieds gruits and nuts, the coconut flakes and we can also add some more banana slices, dried cranberries and cinnamon for an even more filling and more tasty dish.

I truly believe that when we take care of our bodies and nourish ourselves with the most nutritious and fulfilling plant based foods available to us at all times, then we are really able to reach our full potential and live life to its fullest.
