Raw vegan cakes are absolutely fascinating and amazingly delicious. You can turn pretty much any conventional baked, vegan or non vegan cake into a raw vegan version of the original recipe. The tastes are even better and there is no need to worry about anything since raw vegan cakes and goodies are just nourishing for the body and good for us all. Of course, as always a balanced and diversified diet and lifestyle are the keys to true and lasting happiness and wellbeing. Afterall, its not like we would be eating cake all day long, but when we do its great to know that it is actually healthy, filling and super nutritious for our bodies as well as for our health in general. YUM!

Today`s recipe is a healthy and delicious raw vegan cake recipe for which we are going to use the following ingredients:
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup coconut or almond drink
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried plums
1/2 cup coconut flour
2-3 tbsp coconut oil
2-3 tbsp agave nectar.
We use a food processor to mix all the ingredients together until we get a thick and sticky consistency. Then, when our mix is ready we can get the cake out of the food processor and put it into a cake form or kitchen box of our choice to simply give it the shape that we wish. After that, we can allow it to sit for a while in the refrigerator to cool down and when the cake is ready, we can take it out of the refrigerator and slice it into pieces of our choice. I decided to cut mine in squares since I have been using a rectangular box for making it this time, but you can just choose whatever shape you wish for yours. Our delicious and nutritious raw vegan cake is ready to be served.
