I used to think that travelling is going to mess up with my entire lifestyle and meal planning, but as time went by, I have realised that now I am more and more open and flexible when it comes to finding ideas and solutions so that I can fully embrace my raw vegan lifestyle in a beautiful and lovely way even when I am travelling, even without a blender or food processor and even when I do not have access to a well equiped kitchen. I am getting better and better at it and I think that this is really great. In the meantime I still enjoy using my blender and food processor, all the amazing kitchen tools and just enjoy being a raw vegan always open minded and flexible. This is why today s recipe is still a blender based recipe, but I wanted to just remember myself and all of us that there are still lots of raw vegan options available for us at all times, options that I will also discuss more about in a future post, but for now, lets get blending!
For today s recipe, we are going to need the following ingredients:
1/2 cup hemp seeds
juice of 1-2 grapefruits
3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup water (if needed)
1 cup baby spinach.

We use a blender to mix all the ingredients together and blend until we get a creamy and smooth consistency. When our soup is ready, we can take it out of the blender and pour it into a nice looking bowl of choice. We can sprinkle it with some spirulina powder, just a little bit for its amazing and nutritious benefits, add some more hemp seeds on top of it and then it can be served right away or you can just keep it into the fridge, in a sealed container for up to two days.

Making healthy and fulfilling choices on a day to day basis is a habbit just like any other habbit and it requires repetition in order to became second nature, but as soon as our bodies and our minds get used to the new habbit, then everything unfolds naturally, in a healthy, balanced way. I truly believe that when we take care of our bodies and nourish ourselves with the most nutritious and fulfilling plant based foods available to us at all times, then we are really able to reach our full potential and live life to its fullest.
