Winter Spice Pudding

Todays recipe is a lovely and delicious mix of creamy and spicy, we have got creamy from a super nutritious fruit pudding and spicy from a wonderful blend of winter spices that are just great for the holiday season. The spices are amazing for the cold season because are warming for the body as well as bringing great nutritional benefits. Spices are actually always good to add to any dishes that we might be making simply because they bring some more nutrients to the food as well as lots of delicious tastes and sometimes even texture or color to our dishes.

For this delicious pudding recipe, we are going to use the following ingredients:

1 banana

1 persimmon

1/2 cup veggie yogurt

vanilla

cinnamon

ginger.

We use a blender to mix all the ingredients together and blend them well until we get a creamy and smooth consistency. When the pudding is ready, we can take it out of the blender and put it into a nice looking bowl of choice. Finally, we can add some carob powder on top and even some star anise pieces and serve it right away. This pudding can also be kept in the fridge for a few hours, but it would be best to serve it as soon as it is ready in order to avoid the changes in color that might occur due to the banana that would be turning itself into a brown like color, therefore changing the color of the whole pudding.
