Today`s recipe is a super healthy, delicious and nutritious choice for a lovely breakfast or even for a fulfilling and satiating dessert. It is vegan, sweet and a little bit sour, creamy and nice and its consistency is absolutely divine. Vegan yogurt can be found at most supermarkets nowadays or, of course, at healthy food stores. There are a lot of options available on the market and there is always the opportunity for making it at home. I have tried it myself for a few times, I guess it does take a bit of practice to get the desired result, but with time, it is definitely a thing that can also be made both at home and super delicious. For this recipe I decided to buy the yogurt and simply combine by myself the rest of the ingredients. I believe it is great to make things and prepare produce by ourselves, but I also think is a great idea to take advantage of the producers that really work hard to make healthy, delicious and also nutritious products and somehow do make our lives easier at times.

For this delicious mango yogurt pudding recipe, we are going to use the following ingredients:
1 mango vegan yogurt
2-3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk
2-3 tbsp agave nectar
2-3 tbsp coconut flakes
2-3 tbsp rice flakes
cinnamon.
For this simple and easy to make recipe, we will only need a spoon to mix all the ingredients together. Then we will just have to wait for a few minutes for the chia seeds to adsorb the liquids and turn this delightful raw vegan recipe into a pudding like consistency. When our pudding is ready we can add some more mango or pureed mango on and sprinkle some cinnamon on top and our delicious and nutritious breakfast or dessert is ready to be served. Some coconut flakes or chopped nuts can also be added on top of our pudding or anything else that you might believe would be a delight for your own taste budds. Yum!
