Today`s post is going to be a very short one about what is going to be happening here, on the platform along the next weeks. I have decided to try something different this next month and also get back to posting twice a week. The days for new posts will be: Wednesdays and Fridays. The new thing that I will be doing this month is that each week on Wednesday, I will be writing about important aspects that I find to be super useful when in comes to sleep and relaxation. Some of us might be going through a though time right now with all the stress and things that are going on in the world so you might find it useful too to tap back into that inner space of safety, security and love. I am really excited about diving into this topic and sharing all this amazing information that I have encountered in the last months in relationship to this matter. The posts on Friday of each week will be related to the usual things that I talk about here, on this platform, which basically means raw vegan and vegan recipes and lifestyle information.
